Volleyball Recap: Jordan-Matthews Comes Up Short on the Road Against Asheboro + How To Watch

Jordan-Matthews had to start their season on the road on Tuesday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They lost 3-0 to the Asheboro Blue Comets. If the Jets were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Blue Comets when the teams met back in August of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

While Jordan-Matthews was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Asheboro's winning margin in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-5, 25-12, 25-20.

Coming up, Jordan-Matthews will face off against Chatham Central at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Asheboro, they will take on Wheatmore at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
