Softball Recap: Brookfield Academy Comes Up Short

Brookfield Academy lost against Pewaukee back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Blue Knights came up short against the Pirates, falling 19-1.

Brookfield Academy saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Riley Bodor, who went 1-for-3 with one double and one RBI.

Brookfield Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Pewaukee, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Brookfield Academy and Pewaukee will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Blue Knights are set to take on their familiar foe St. Francis at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Pewaukee will square off against rival New Berlin West at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
