Basketball Recap: Mt. Pulaski Takes a Loss

Mt. Pulaski suffered their closest defeat since November 30th on Friday. They fell just short of the Armstrong Trojans by a score of 65-62. The Hilltoppers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Trojans apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in December of 2023.

With the defeat, Mt. Pulaski broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 5-7. As for Armstrong, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 10-2.

Mt. Pulaski and Salt Fork will round out the year against one another at at 1:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Armstrong, they will challenge Georgetown-Ridge Farm at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
