Pine View entered their tilt with Hurricane on Thursday with four consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with five. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Tigers. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in March.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-15, 16-25, 25-10.

Pine View found their leader in sophomore Preston Twede, who had 14 digs and four aces. Those 14 digs set a new season-high mark for Twede. Kaleb Finnegan also deserves some recognition as he served his first ace of the season.

Pine View's victory bumped their record up to 11-5. As for Hurricane, their loss was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 5-10.

Coming up, Pine View will square off against Crimson Cliffs at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Hurricane, they will take on Cedar at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Tigers are facing the Reds at the right time seeing as the Reds are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
