Basketball Recap: Central Gets the Win

The Central Bulldogs earned a 72-61 win over the Forsyth Panthers on Tuesday.

Central's victory bumped their record up to 2-4. As for Forsyth, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Central will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Carthage at 7:00 p.m. on January 6, 2026. Forsyth and East Newton will compete for holiday cheer at 7:15 p.m. on Friday.
