Preview: Long Trail vs. West Rutland Golden Horde

Long Trail's game on Saturday was all tied up 31-31 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell 64-56 to Twin Valley. It was the first time this season that Long Trail let down their fans at home.
In what's become a running theme this season, West Rutland gave their fans yet another huge win on Monday. They blew past Sharon Academy, posting a 65-13 victory at home. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest victory West Rutland has managed all season.
Long Trail's loss ended a seven-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 5-4. As for West Rutland, they pushed their record up to 9-1 with that win, which was their fourth straight at home.
Everything went Long Trail's way against West Rutland when the teams last played back in February of 2023 as Long Trail made off with a 76-52 victory. Does Long Trail have another victory up their sleeve, or will West Rutland turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
