Volleyball Recap: Fort Bend Clements Comes Up Short

Fort Bend Clements saw some tournament action on Saturday. They fell just short of the Crosby Cougars by a score of 2-1. The Rangers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Bella Casal paced Fort Bend Clements' offense, picking up eight kills. Casal were helped by Natalie Bucasas and Kina Zhang, who contributed seven assists each. Emma Kwan controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Fort Bend Clements' defeat dropped their record down to 9-14. As for Crosby, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-14.

Fort Bend Clements wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Dobie on the 2nd. As for Crosby, they have also already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Clear Falls on the 2nd.
