Volleyball Recap: Bexley Lions vs. Mt. Vernon Yellowjackets
Bexley proved they can win big on Thursday (they won by three) and on Monday they proved they can win the close ones too. They skirted past the Mt. Vernon Yellowjackets 3-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Lions have posted since September 6th.
Bexley was actually outscored in aggregate across those five sets (110-105), but they still managed to win. The final score came out to 26-24, 17-25, 21-25, 26-24, 15-12.
Bexley found their leader in sophomore Scarlett Larimer, who had nine digs and two aces.
