New Bedford had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They blew past the Durfee Hilltoppers 3-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in April.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: New Bedford took every set by at least 13 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-6, 25-12.

New Bedford's victory bumped their record up to 10-2. As for Durfee, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-8 record this season.

New Bedford didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Barnstable on the 5th. As for Durfee, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against Scituate on the 5th.
