Father McGivney Catholic has also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-11 record this season. As for Staunton, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a massive bump to their 12-9 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Father McGivney Catholic will challenge Litchfield at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Staunton, they will square off against Gillespie at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Miners' pitching crew has only allowed 3.5 runs per game this season, so the Bulldogs' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
