Football Recap: Tomas Dixon Leads Bullard's Defense on Friday + How To Watch

Even if it wasn't a dominant performance, the Bullard Knights beat the Mayfair Monsoons 15-9 on Friday.

Bullard didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. In fact, those interceptions all came courtesy of defensive juggernaut Tomas Dixon. Jayden King was another major factor on D, picking up a sack and making seven total tackles (3.5 for loss).

The win got Bullard back to even at 1-1. As for Mayfair, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Looking ahead, Bullard will head out to square off against Hoover at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Mayfair, they will host Las Vegas at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
