Baseball Recap: Quapaw Comes Up Short

Quapaw's last matchup with Vinita could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's matchup on Monday. The Wildcats lost 15-3 to the Hornets. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Quapaw saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ayden Bruton, who went 1-for-2 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

Quapaw's loss dropped their record down to 11-13. As for Vinita, the win snapped their losing streak at four games and leaves them with a 6-19 record.

Looking ahead, Quapaw will venture away from home to challenge Nowata at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Vinita does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
