Phoenixville took a seven-run loss the last time they faced off against Owen J. Roberts, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Phantoms skirted past the Wildcats 4-2. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last four times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Phoenixville's win was truly a team effort as four different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Kevin Kingsbury, who scored a run while going 1-for-3. Kingsbury also hit a double, marking his first of the season. Bobby Gray was another, scoring a run and stealing a base while getting on base in two of his three plate appearances.

Phoenixville's record now sits at 3-4. As for Owen J. Roberts, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-5 record this season.
