Basketball Recap: Shelby Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Shelby can now relate to. They were dealt a 71-41 loss at the hands of the Chinook Beeters on Friday. The Coyotes have struggled against the Beeters recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

Shelby's defeat dropped their record down to 12-9. As for Chinook, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 11 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-4 record this season.

As of now, neither Shelby nor Chinook have any future games scheduled.
