Basketball Recap: Minneapolis Southwest Takes a Loss

Minneapolis Southwest lost against Edina back in February of 2017, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Minneapolis Southwest Lakers took an 81-70 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Edina Hornets. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Friday (57), the Lakers still had to take the loss.

Minneapolis Southwest's defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 12-17. As for Edina, their victory ended a five-game drought at home and bumped them up to 9-18.

Minneapolis Southwest does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Edina, they have already played their next match, an 87-53 loss against Wayzata on the 7th.
