Basketball Game Recap: Janesville Parker vs. Beloit Memorial

The Janesville Parker Vikings came up short against the Beloit Memorial Purple Knights on Thursday, falling 74-66. Janesville's defeat came despite an improvement on an already decent score in their previous defeat against Madison West.

The loss dropped Janesville's record to 4-16. The victory bumped Beloit's record up to 3-17.

The Vikings will take on Madison Memorial Friday. Janesville is the clear underdog, so they're hoping it's the size of the fight that determines this one. Beloit will look to defend their home court Friday against Verona. Unlike the Purple Knights, Verona will be stumbling in off of a defeat.
