Volleyball Game Preview: Yorktown Patriots vs. South Lakes Seahawks + How To Watch

The Yorktown Patriots will challenge the South Lakes Seahawks at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Yorktown is probably headed into the matchup with a chip on their shoulder considering Langley just ended the team's four-match winning streak on Monday. They came up short against the Saxons, falling 3-0.

Meanwhile, South Lakes entered their match against Westfield on Wednesday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Seahawks fell just short of the Bulldogs by a score of 3-2.

Yorktown's loss dropped their record down to 11-9. As for South Lakes, their defeat dropped their record down to 14-4.

Everything went Yorktown's way against South Lakes in their previous matchup back in March of 2021, as Yorktown made off with a 3-0 win. Will the Patriots repeat their success, or do the Seahawks have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
