Meanwhile, Forsyth Central had to endure a four-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They skirted past North Atlanta 35-33. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Bulldogs have posted since November 20, 2023.

Forsyth Central's win was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 4-4. As for Denmark, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-7 record this season.
