Baseball Game Preview: Rivers Red Wings vs. Tabor Academy Seawolves

The Rivers Red Wings will challenge the Tabor Academy Seawolves at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Rivers hasn't scored more than two runs for four games straight, a trend the squad is eager to reverse.

On Friday, Rivers came up short against Austin Prep and fell 5-1.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Tabor Academy, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They came out on top against St. George's by a score of 4-1 on Wednesday. The Seawolves haven't had any issues with the Dragons recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Tabor Academy's win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Rivers, their loss dropped their record down to 0-3-1.

Rivers couldn't quite get it done against Tabor Academy in their previous meeting back in May of 2024 as they fell 8-4. Will the Red Wings have more luck at home instead of on the road? Check back here after the action for a full breakdown and analysis of the contest.
