On Friday Bristow will have to hit the road after three straight games at home. They will venture away from home to take on the Seminole Chieftains at 7:30 p.m. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, the two teams will really light up the scoreboard.

Bristow is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They came out on top against Victory Christian by a score of 31-20 on Friday.

Darien Dansby was his usual excellent self, rushing for 240 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 10.4 yards per carry. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 2.2 rushing touchdowns per game.

Bristow's defense was in the mix too, especially the secondary: they snagged four passes before it was all said and done. It was truly a group effort as Talon Bigpond, Cade Williams, Haydan Yocham, and Tj Wilson picked up one apiece. Hank Powell was another major factor on D, making 17 total tackles.

Bristow was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 266 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've managed all season.

While Seminole didn't have the best season last year (they finished 3-7), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat Lone Grove 42-13 on the road. The Chieftains' victory was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.

The win got Bristow back to even at 2-2. As for Seminole, their victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 4-0.
