Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Granby). They simply couldn't be stopped on Monday as they easily beat the First Colonial Patriots 69-12. The Comets have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine matchups by 28 points or more this season.

Granby has also been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight games, which lines up perfectly with their 12-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 29.0 points per game. As for First Colonial, they dropped their record down to 3-14 with the defeat, which was their seventh straight at home.

Granby will face off against Maury at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Maury knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past three contests -- so hopefully Granby likes a good challenge. As for First Colonial, they won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Salem at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
