Soccer Recap: Booker Triumphs

After losing to Hardee the last time they met, Booker decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Tornadoes walked away with a 5-3 victory over the Wildcats on Tuesday. The win made it back-to-back victories for Booker.

Booker now has a winning record of 4-3-1. As for Hardee, their defeat was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 5-3-1.

Hardee and DeSoto County will compete for holiday cheer at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Hardee will be up against DeSoto County's rather soft defense (which has allowed 5.89 goals per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. Booker will be paying especially close attention to Hardee's matchup: after Hardee faces off against DeSoto County, they'll take on Booker again at 6:00 p.m. on January 6, 2026.
