It's playoff time, and Sierra Canyon had no trouble coming through when it counted. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Marymount Sailors on Saturday. The Trailblazers are really starting to get used to good results now that the team has won 19 straight.

The win didn't come easy: Marymount scored at least 19 points in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 19-25, 25-22, 25-23.

Hanna McGinest paced Sierra Canyon's offense, picking up 15 kills. McGinest got some help from Lucky Fasavalu and her 49 assists. Kalyani Olive controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

When it comes to explaining why Marymount lost, don't look at Karys Campos. Despite the final result, she had 14 digs and two assists.

Sierra Canyon's victory bumped their record up to 41-3. As for Marymount, their loss dropped their record down to 38-7.

Sierra Canyon didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-1 defeat against Mater Dei on the 18th. Marymount does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
