Elk Mound entered their tilt with Glenwood City on Friday with eight consecutive wins , and they'll enter their next game with nine. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Glenwood City Hilltoppers 65-23. Given the Mounders' advantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 11th, while the Hilltoppers are ranked 299th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
