Baseball Recap: Oscar Smith Comes Up Short

Friday just wasn't the day for Oscar Smith's offense. They came up short against the Western Branch Bruins on Friday, falling 17-0. Considering the last time the Tigers couldn't score was back in April, the team can't take the result too hard.

Oscar Smith's defeat dropped their record down to 9-8. As for Western Branch, they have been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-5 record this season.
