Softball Recap: Skyline Comes Up Short

After flying high against Valley Head on Wednesday, Skyline came back down to earth. The Vikings fell just short of the James Clemens Jets by a score of 4-2 on Thursday. The Vikings haven't had much luck with the Jets recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Skyline's defeat dropped their record down to 5-9. As for James Clemens, their win bumped their record up to 17-11-1.

Skyline didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 6-1 loss against Wilson on the 3rd. As for James Clemens, they have also already played their next contest, a 7-1 defeat against Oakland on the 2nd.
