Lincoln won the last time they faced Garfield and things went their way on Monday too. The Tigers walked away with a 3-1 win over the Bulldogs.

Lincoln had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 18-25, 25-15, 25-14, 25-21.

Lincoln's victory bumped their record up to 4-7. As for Garfield, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 3-1.

Coming up, Lincoln will venture away from home to face off against Bernstein at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Garfield, they will face off against Montebello at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Bulldogs are facing the Oilers at the right time seeing as the Oilers are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
