Volleyball Recap: Pickford Takes a Loss

Pickford lost against Newberry back in August, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Panthers took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Indians.

Pickford's defeat dropped their record down to 0-8-1. As for Newberry, they now have a winning record of 6-5-4.

Pickford didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against St. Ignace on the 16th. Newberry has also already played their next game (against Mackinaw City), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
