Baseball Game Preview: Fargo/Gage Bearcats vs. Seiling Wildcats

The Fargo/Gage Bearcats are taking a road trip to square off against the Seiling Wildcats at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Fargo/Gage comes in still looking for their first win of the season.

Fans were treated to a battle of the Bearcats on Tuesday. Fargo/Gage lost 20-12 to Mooreland. On the bright side, the 12- run effort marked Fargo/Gage's highest-scoring match to date.

Meanwhile, after a string of four wins, Seiling's good fortune finally ran out on Thursday. They fell just short of Hinton by a score of 9-8.

Blake Chain made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 3-for-4 with three RBI, two runs, and one triple. Stryker Worman also deserves some recognition as he hit his first double of the season.

Fargo/Gage's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Seiling, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-4.

Fargo/Gage came up short against Seiling when the teams last played last Friday, falling 13-8. Can the Bearcats avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
