Westover benefitted from Robinson in 55-35 loss
Rmani Robinson wasn't messing around on Saturday, scoring 17 points. The contest was her third straight with 16 or more points. While that hot streak is impressive, perhaps more impressive is what she's done for her team: she's scored a third or more of Westover's points for three straight games. For the season, Robinson has averaged 15.5 points, 1.8 steals, and 8 rebounds per game.
Robinson and Westover will head out on the road to face off against the Trojans at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Westover got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Trojans, probably because Robinson had a solid game then too: she almost dropped a triple-double on 11 points, 12 rebounds, and nine steals.
