Soccer Recap: Desert Takes a Loss

Desert scored the most goals they've had this season on Saturday, but it wasn't enough. They came up short against the Lone Pine Golden Eagles, falling 15-3.

Desert's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Lone Pine, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Desert will be home for the holidays to greet Frazier Mountain at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Lone Pine, they will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Immanuel Christian at 3:30 p.m. on January 6, 2026.
