Maci De Costa made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run over five innings pitched. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than one walk in four consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, getting on base in two of her four plate appearances with one stolen base and one RBI. That stolen base was her first of the season.

The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Thursday as neither team is afraid to steal. Lathrop has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 4 stolen bases per game. However, it's not like Ben Holt College Prep Academy struggles in that department as they've been averaging 3.9 stolen bases. The only question left is which team can snag more.
