Volleyball Recap: Hatley Takes a Loss

It was a proper cat-fight when Hatley faced off against Walnut on Monday. The Tigers came up short against the Wildcats, falling 3-0. The Tigers have struggled against the Wildcats recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.

Kinsley Echols paced Hatley's offense, picking up five kills. Echols got some help from Ella Powell and her seven assists.

Hatley now has a losing record of 12-13. As for Walnut, they pushed their record up to 28-3-1 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home.

Hatley has already played their next match, a 3-1 defeat against Hamilton on the 23rd. As for Walnut, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against New Site on the 23rd.
