Recap: East Stroudsburg North Timberwolves vs. Easton Area Rovers

There's no place like home for the East Stroudsburg North Timberwolves, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road last Monday. They strolled past Easton Area with points to spare on Wednesday, taking the game 57-39. This was payback for East Stroudsburg North, who suffered a 85-38 loss the last time these two teams met.

It was another big night for Nate Wilder, who scored 25 points. He is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 15 or more in the last ten games he's played. Bryceson Dobie was another key contributor, scoring 11 points.

Several Rovers players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Jeremy Henry, who scored ten points. Another player making a difference was Andrew Hoadley, who scored nine points.

East Stroudsburg North pushed their record up to 10-6 with that win, which was their third straight at home. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.3 points per game. As for Easton Area, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-11.

East Stroudsburg North will be playing in front of their home fans against Pocono Mountain West at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Pocono Mountain West knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with flashy point totals in its past nine games -- so hopefully East Stroudsburg North likes a good challenge. As for Easton Area, they will head out on the road to challenge Freedom at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Freedom is coming into the contest on a four-game losing streak.
