Football Recap: Olney Cubs vs. Reagan County Owls
Olney kicked off their season on the road on Thursday and hit a couple of potholes. They were outmatched by the Reagan County Owls on the road and fell 32-0.
Camron McComack rushed for 86 yards.
Jamarcus Collins was his top target, picking up 42 receiving yards.
Reagan County's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Kason Brown, who threw for 184 yards and three touchdowns on only 17 passes. Another receiver making a difference was Chris Johnson, who rushed for 73 yards and a touchdown on only eight carries.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Olney will venture away from home to square off against Petrolia at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Reagan County, they will head out to take on Grape Creek at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
