Basketball Recap: Norcom Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Norcom lost against Norfolk Collegiate back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Greyhounds fell 65-58 to the Mighty Oaks.

Norfolk Collegiate got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Legend Bunch out in front who shot 63% from the field en route to 15 points and three steals. Another player making a difference was Josh Mills, who went 5-for-10 on his way to 13 points and five assists.

Norcom's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Norfolk Collegiate, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Looking ahead, Norcom won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Booker T. Washington at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The game will give the Greyhounds their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Norfolk Collegiate, they will face off against Spirit HomeSchool at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
