Grand Street Campus lost a heartbreaker the last time they played John Jay, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Thursday's contest. Grand Street Campus was the clear victor by a 12-1 margin over John Jay on Thursday. The result was nothing new for Grand Street Campus, who have now won eight matches by ten runs or more so far this season.

Grand Street Campus has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten games. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-3 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.2 runs over those games. As for John Jay, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 18-7.

Grand Street Campus wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, an 8-1 loss against Tottenville on the 16th. John Jay does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
