Softball Recap: Narbonne Comes Up Short

Thursday just wasn't the day for Narbonne's offense. They lost 18-0 to the Banning Pilots on Thursday. Having soared to a lofty 19 runs in the game before, the Gauchos' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Narbonne's defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 11-2. As for Banning, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-10.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Narbonne will face off against rival Rancho Dominguez at 3:15 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Banning is set to challenge their familiar foe San Pedro at 3:15 p.m. on Monday.
