Volleyball Recap: Schaeffer Academy Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Schaeffer Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against Spring Grove, falling 3-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Schaeffer Academy of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-16, 25-10.

Blythe Morgan paced Schaeffer Academy's offense, picking up three kills. Morgan got some help from Eliana Lanners and her four assists.

Schaeffer Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Spring Grove, they pushed their record up to 3-0 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season.
