Basketball Recap: Rogers Takes a Loss

Rogers lost against Maple Grove back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Rogers Royals were dealt a 70-33 loss at the hands of the Maple Grove Crimson. The matchup marked the Royals' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

This is the second loss in a row for Rogers and nudges their season record down to 9-10. As for Maple Grove, the win (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 18-2.

Rogers is taking a road trip to take on Park Center at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Maple Grove has already played their next game, a 72-40 victory against Minnetonka on the 1st.
