Volleyball Recap: West Caldwell Tech Extends Home Winning Streak to Ten

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only West Caldwell Tech walked away with it. They came out on top against the Jefferson Township Falcons by a score of 2-0 on Monday. Winning may never get old, but the Eagles sure are getting used to it with their fifth in a row.

While West Caldwell Tech won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-23.

Among those leading the charge was John Jimenez, who had 12 digs and six assists. He is on a roll when it comes to digs, as he's now had ten or more in each of the last ten games he's played.

West Caldwell Tech pushed their record up to 22-7 with the victory, which was their tenth straight at home. As for Jefferson Township, with the defeat, they broke their six-game winning streak and moved their record to 13-13.

As of now, neither West Caldwell Tech nor the Falcons have any future games scheduled.
