Soccer Recap: Fultondale Comes Up Short

Fultondale was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Indian Springs Student, falling 5-1. The matchup was a 1-1 toss-up at halftime, but the Wildcats couldn't quite close it out.

Their goal came courtesy of Eric Santos, who's now up to seven this season.

Fultondale's loss dropped their record down to 4-8-4. As for Indian Springs, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 10-2-2.

Coming up, Fultondale will be playing at home against Westminster School at Oak Mountain at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. One thing working in Westminster School at Oak Mountain's favor is that they have posted at least four goals in their last three games. As for Indian Springs, they will challenge Altamont at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
