The Klahowya Eagles won the last time they faced the Charles Wright Tarriers, and things went their way on Friday too. Klahowya managed a 40-34 win over Charles Wright. The win made it back-to-back wins for Klahowya.
Leading Klahowya to victory were Caroline Horan and Bailey O'Brien. Horan scored 13 points, while O'Brien dropped a double-double on 14 points and 12 rebounds. Those 13 points set a new season-high mark for her.
The win got Klahowya back to even at 3-3. As for Charles Wright, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-2.
Klahowya will head out on the road to face off against Crosspoint at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Charles Wright will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Chimacum at 5:15 p.m. on January 3, 2024. Chimacum and Charles Wright are at an even 3-3 over their past six head-to-heads.
