Basketball Recap: CHESS Academy Takes a Loss

CHESS Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They received a blow as they fell 75-58 to the Scintilla Charter Academy Spartans.

CHESS Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Scintilla Charter Academy, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

While CHESS Academy had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
