It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Shepaug Valley had no problem doing just that on Saturday. They came out on top against the Old Lyme Wildcats by a score of 58-46. The Spartans' victory was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.

Shepaug Valley's win was their 21st straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 28-0. As for Old Lyme, the defeat snapped their winning streak at ten games and leaves them with a 25-5 record.
