With a playoff win on the line, Fowler rose to the challenge on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Genesee Christian Soldiers with a sharp 57-32 victory. The Eagles have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 21 games by 21 points or more this season.

The win (which was Fowler's 14th in a row) raised their record to 26-2. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 25.6 points on average over those games. As for Genesee Christian, they moved to 24-3 with that loss, which also ended their 13-game winning streak.

Looking ahead, Fowler will challenge Ewen-Trout Creek at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. The two teams have allowed few points on average, (Ewen-Trout Creek 29.7, Fowler 29) so any points scored will be well earned. Genesee Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
