Volleyball Recap: Sophie Delise's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Stratford over Bunnell + How To Watch

Stratford was the 3-2 winner over Bunnell when they last played one another back in September, but their luck changed this time around. The Red Devils took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bulldogs on Monday. The Red Devils have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

While Stratford had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 19 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-19, 22-25, 25-22, 25-23.

Several Red Devils players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Sophie DeLise, who had 22 digs. Another player making a difference was Laura Salgado, who had 14 digs.

Stratford's defeat dropped their record down to 9-11. As for Bunnell, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-16.

As of now, neither Stratford nor the Bulldogs have any future games scheduled.
