Basketball Game Preview: Chalker Wildcats vs. Jackson-Milton Bluejays

The Chalker Wildcats will face off against the Jackson-Milton Bluejays at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Having struggled with eight defeats in a row, Chalker turned things around against Lordstown on Friday. They walked away with a 45-34 victory over the Red Devils.

Meanwhile, Jackson-Milton hadn't done well against Waterloo recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. Jackson-Milton had just enough and edged Waterloo out 57-55.

Jackson-Milton is also on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 8-9 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.9 points per game. As for Chalker, their win ended a seven-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-11.
