Volleyball Recap: Pungo Christian Academy Takes a Loss

Pungo Christian Academy was the 3-0 winner over Terra Ceia Christian when they last played one another back in October of 2022, but their luck changed this time around. The Raiders came up short against the Knights on Monday, falling 3-0. The Raiders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

While Pungo Christian Academy was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-16, 25-13.

Pungo Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 3-9. As for Terra Ceia Christian, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-4.

Pungo Christian Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Ridgecroft on the 23rd. As for Terra Ceia Christian, they will be playing at home against Eastern Christian HomeSchool at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
