Reagan had already won six in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 17.8 points) and they went ahead and made it seven on Saturday. They blew past the IMG Academy Ascenders, posting a 63-36 victory. The Bison have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three matchups by 27 points or more this season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Reagan to victory, but perhaps none more so than Chris Bravo, who almost dropped a double-double on 13 points and nine assists. The team also got some help courtesy of Sebastian Gonzalez, who posted 13 points and seven rebounds.

Bravo wasn't the only one working in the assists department: Reagan was working as a unit and finished the game with 25 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

Reagan's win bumped their record up to 8-2. As for IMG Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-5.

Reagan will take on Miramar in a holiday battle at at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Miramar is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 60.3 points per game this season. As for IMG Academy, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, an 80-71 victory against Oak Hill Academy on the 14th.
